How commission works
ConnectPro charges a commission on the full agreed value of any engagement you win through a client lead from the platform — not just the first invoice. You report the total engagement value yourself from your dashboard, and we invoice the commission separately. It is never deducted from client payments. Free-plan firms pay a higher rate than Verified firms.
Taxes & VAT
Prices are exclusive of tax. UAE-registered firms are charged 5% VAT on platform fees, shown as a separate line on every invoice with our UAE VAT registration number. Firms outside the UAE are zero-rated (export of services). ConnectPro does not provide tax advice — please consult your local tax advisor.

What's the difference between Free and Verified?
Free gives you a basic profile with limited monthly inquiries and no verification badge. Verified unlocks unlimited inquiries, a verification badge, featured listing placement, and priority support for a flat annual fee.
How does the verification badge work?
Upgrading to Verified means your firm's credentials are reviewed and confirmed by our team. The badge signals to clients that your firm has been vetted, increasing trust and response rates.
What counts as an "inquiry"?
An inquiry is any message a client sends to your firm through the platform expressing interest in your services. Free plans include 5 per month; Verified plans include unlimited inquiries.
What happens if I exceed my inquiry limit on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 5 inquiries per month. If you reach this limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Verified for unlimited inquiries. The limit resets each month.
What does "commission rate" mean, and when is it charged?
Commission is charged on each completed project or invoice. Payment is due within 60 days of project completion, or 60 days from the invoice date - whichever comes first.
Can I switch between Free and Verified anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade to Verified at any point, and your existing profile and inquiry history carry over automatically.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel Verified?
Refunds are not issued for cancellations. However, you can continue using your Verified subscription until its current expiry date.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The only cost is the annual Verified subscription if you choose to upgrade; there are no hidden setup or listing fees.
